SOPA/PIPA Act and Tumblr
Please bear in mind that by it’s very nature and typical content Tumblr is particually vulnerable to the SOPA/PIPA acts currently being considered the U.S legal system. (If it does come to pass i’ll quite happily give some half nekkid Emos a home).
